In order for Fisher Studios to assist in creating the perfect photoshoot catered to your requirements, it is necessary for us to collect certain information about you and your organisation. We take our responsibility for this data and your privacy very seriously. Here are the key points about how we do this.
What information do we collect?
We collect your contact details (your name, address, email address, and telephone number), and the specific requirements for your photoshoot. We do not seek to collect any sensitive personal information about you or any individuals who may appear in the shoot.
How is this data stored?
This data is stored on our secure database, Light Blue, an industry standard application.
What is your data used for?
Your data is held on our client database, allowing us to contact you during your photoshoot with us, and for any follow-up after the photoshoot has completed. Under no circumstances do we share this information with any other third party, and we will never sell this data.
Is this data used for marketing purposes?
No. We may periodically follow-up with clients from time-to-time but do not send any marketing information to our client database. Using our services does not automatically sign you up to receiving any additional communication that does not relate to your specific enquiry.
How is my data stored and used for Oxford Stock Photography?
When you buy an image from the Oxford Stock Photography library, your customer data is stored in a secure web application called Woocommerce. This information is used only to contact customers during the transaction period and is not used for any marketing purposes nor is it sold to third-party companies.
If you have any questions about your data, please do contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
