Newground Coffee hosted a latte art throwdown in collaboration with the oat milk company Minor Figures at their cafe in Ship St, Oxford.
The Competition was split into 3 stages; The first stage was a blind taste test, where competitors try and identify the origin and process of several brewed coffees. The second stage was a latte art competition, where two competitors go head to head to try create the best latte art. A randomizer will decide what pattern they make. The third stage was a time trial, but with a twist. 2 minutes to make two coffees whilst wearing disorientating goggles, bonus points for cleanliness.
