1. These terms constitute the agreement between you and Fisher Studios Ltd in relation to your use of our stock images. Your use of Oxford Stock Photography demonstrates your acceptance of these Terms and your agreement to abide by them.
2. Oxford Stock Photography is collated and administered by Fisher Studios Ltd. whose offices are at Unit 2, The Gallery, 54 Marston Street, Oxford, OX4 1LF.

Ownership of Oxford Stock Photography images

3. Oxford Stock Photography is the property of Fisher Studios Ltd. and all of the copyright belongs to Fisher Studios Ltd. All such rights are reserved.
4. To the extent permitted in law, Fisher Studios Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage which may be suffered by other parties as a direct or indirect result of using Oxford Stock Photography (including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of business, and consequential loss).

Use of Oxford Stock Photography images

5. Any users who access images from Oxford Stock Photography are authorised to make use of these images for any lawful purposes.
6. No image from Oxford Stock Library is to be used or sublicensed on another photo stock library.
7. As per the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the copyright in the Photographs is assigned to the Photographer. When appropriate, all images should be credited to © David Fisher, particularly when used in print or online publications.
